Garage door · Nationwide

Their car is stuck in the garage. They will call until someone answers.

Garage door work is decided inside an hour. A spring snaps, the car is trapped, and the homeowner starts calling from the top of the map pack. They are also price shopping hard, because every company sells the same spring. The first clear answer with a range and a time usually takes the job. Zenith texts back in less than 30 seconds with both.

  2. Zenith at 07:15: Ridgeline Garage Door, sorry we missed your call. Is there one spring above the door or two?
  3. Customer at 07:15: two, one is broken in half
  4. Zenith at 07:16: On a double door we replace the pair. That runs $260 to $340 installed and takes about an hour on site.

Three minutes from missed call to booked slot. The crew never stopped working.

The window on a spring break is about an hour

  • A broken spring is booked same day or it is booked by somebody else. There is no callback window.
  • Nearly every caller opens with price, and a voicemail greeting cannot quote a range.
  • Your worst hour for answering is 7 to 9 AM, which is when the door failed on the way to work.
  • Installers holding a 140 pound door do not stop to take the next call.

What a garage door phone actually asks for

Ten call types. On this line the price question and the same-day question are almost the whole board.

  • Price question

Spring pairs, openers and panels, quoted as ranges from your list in the first reply.

  • Emergency

A car trapped inside counts as urgent. It gets flagged same day and emailed to you.

  • Book a job

Callers get your booking page and take the next open slot themselves, then get a confirmation.

  • Hours

The 6:40 AM caller finds out when you actually start instead of guessing and calling elsewhere.

  • Service area

Mesa yes, Casa Grande no, answered before it costs you a morning.

One metro, one time zone. Nothing about a valley morning rush is a surprise to us. We work with businesses anywhere in the US. Zenith is software and messaging, so there is no service radius.

Garage door questions we get asked

Can it quote a spring replacement?

It quotes the ranges you give us, such as a torsion pair on a standard double door, along with how long the job takes on site. Custom doors and anything outside the list get told a human will confirm the number, and you get the email.

A broken spring is a same-day job. Does that work over text?

Yes. It asks what broke and where the customer is, gives the range, then sends your booking page so they can take the next open slot themselves. Same-day requests are marked urgent in the email you get, so you can call if the board is already full.

Half my callers only want a price and then disappear.

That is fine, and it is cheaper this way. The price shoppers get their number without costing you a phone call, and the people who want a door get booked. You stop spending the morning working out which is which.

15 minutes. Bring your call log.

We'll count what you actually missed last month and tell you what it cost. If it's not worth fixing, we'll say so.

Or go break the demo first. It costs you nothing to test.
