Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These documents are drafted to be carrier-compliant and to follow standard practice. They are pending review by an Arizona attorney and are not legal advice.

  1. 01Who we are

Zenith AI provides AI receptionist services to home service businesses and real estate teams throughout the United States.

  2. 02What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the services we provide to business clients. When we handle messages on behalf of a client business, we act as a service provider to that business. That business decides what it asks its customers and how it uses what it learns, and its own privacy practices apply to that relationship.

  3. 03Information we collect

From website visitors. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into a form on this site. We also collect basic analytics: pages viewed, the site you came from, your approximate region, and your device type.

From people who use the demo on this site. The demo is a simulator, not a phone line — it does not ask for, receive, or record a phone number, and you should not type a phone number or any other personal detail into it. We save the messages you type into the demo and the assistant’s replies, along with a one-way hash of your network address that cannot be turned back into the address, which turn of the conversation it was, the topic of the question, and how long the reply took. We keep this for up to 12 months and use it only to see how the demo is used and to improve how the receptionist answers. We send your messages to the model provider listed below in order to write the reply. If you open the demo from a link in an email we sent you, that link carries a code that tells us which business the demo was used by; we use it only to decide who to follow up with, and for nothing else. To have your demo conversation removed, email hello@zenithanswers.com.

On behalf of client businesses. The phone numbers, names, message content, and appointment details of people who contact that business.

  4. 04How we use it

    We use information to:

    • Respond to inquiries you send us
    • Provide and operate the service
    • Send appointment, service, and support messages on behalf of client businesses
    • Improve the service
    • Comply with our legal obligations
  5. 05Mobile information and text messaging consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This applies to every campaign we operate, including those registered under a client business.

  6. 06Who we share information with

We share information only with the subprocessors necessary to run the service:

    • Twilio (call and message delivery)
    • AI model provider (understanding and replying to messages, calls and demo conversations)
    • Workflow automation provider (message routing and scheduling)
    • Supabase (database and account sign-in)
    • Brevo (sending sign-in links and notification email)
    • Google (calendar and email)
    • Vercel (website hosting and page-speed measurement)
    • Stripe (billing)

Each is bound by its own terms. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  7. 08Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party trackers. There is nothing on this site that follows you to another one.

  8. 09How long we keep information

    • Website inquiries: 24 months.
    • Client service data: for the term of the client agreement plus 90 days, then deleted or returned to the client.
    • Demo conversations (the messages you type and the assistant’s replies): up to 12 months.
    • Demo usage records (hashed address, turn, topic, timing): up to 12 months.
  9. 10How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service. Vendor accounts are secured with two-factor authentication.

  10. 11Your rights

You may request access to your information, correction of it, deletion of it, or a copy of it. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights.

If you are a California resident: you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To exercise any of these, email hello@zenithanswers.com. We respond within 45 days.

  11. 12Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

  12. 13How this website was built

This website was built with the assistance of AI tools. That includes the page layouts, the written copy, and the code behind them.

The demo on this site is also AI. When you type into it you are talking to software, not a person, and the business it answers as is fictional. We save the conversation to improve how the assistant answers, so please do not type personal details.

The service we sell works the same way and we would rather say so plainly here than have you find out later. A person reviews what goes on this site, and anything factual about pricing, timing or what the product does is checked before it is published.

  13. 14Changes

We update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. For material changes, we notify clients directly.
