The phone gets answered. Even when you can’t.

Zenith picks up, asks what they need, and books the job on your real calendar while they are still on the line. Anything it doesn’t catch, it texts back in under 30 seconds. You keep your number. You keep your voicemail. You just stop losing the job.

Answering the phone comes with Growth and above. Every plan catches what you miss and texts them back. No contracts longer than 90 days.

  1. Desert Air HVAC: Hi, this is Desert Air HVAC. Sorry we missed your call. What's going on with your system?

Not a recording — type anything. It is running as Desert Air HVAC, a shop we made up so you can be as rough with it as you like.

The arithmetic

Missed calls aren't a customer service problem. They're a revenue problem.

Less than 30 seconds

how fast Zenith replies, day or night

The mechanism

Three steps. None of them are yours.

  1. 01

    Your phone rings

It rings like it always has. If nobody picks up in four rings, it quietly forwards to Zenith. You don't change carriers, you don't change your number, you don't install anything.

  2. 02

    Zenith picks up

It says your business name, asks what they need, and holds an actual conversation — hours, service area, what you do and don't cover. Emergencies get flagged and you get told immediately.

It says up front that it's an assistant and that the call is recorded. Nobody is tricked, and it's the law in a dozen states.

At 2am on a Sunday it does exactly the same thing.

  3. 03

The job is on your calendar

Real slots from a real diary, booked while they're still on the phone. You get an email with the details. If it's urgent, that email arrives flagged within seconds and the customer is told you're calling.

If they'd rather text than talk, or the call comes in on a plan without answering, the same assistant texts them back in under 30 seconds and does the whole thing that way instead.

You find out you got a job by seeing it on your calendar.

Not a chatbot

It handles the ten things people actually text about.

  • GREETING

“Hi” or “Hey there” then answers warmly with your business name, then asks what they need

  • SERVICE

“My AC is making a grinding noise” then diagnoses urgency, offers a slot

  • EMERGENCY

“No AC and it's 112” then tells the customer you'll call them now, and emails you immediately so you actually do

  • PRICING

“How much for a tune-up?” then gives your real answer, pushes to a visit

  • SCHEDULING

“Can someone come Thursday?” then sends them your real booking page and confirms it

  • RESCHEDULE

“Something came up” then moves it, tells you

  • MAINTENANCE

“Time for my seasonal check” then books the tune-up

  • INSTALL

“Need a quote on a new unit” then captures details, flags it as high-value

  • HOURS & AREA

“Do you cover Queen Creek?” then answers correctly, every time

  • ANYTHING ELSE

Doesn't understand? It asks once, then hands you the lead. It never dead-ends.

It will never invent a price, promise a time you don’t have, or leave someone hanging. If it isn’t sure, it stops and gets you. That’s a design decision, not a limitation.

Two kinds of shops buy this.

You’re losing calls

  • Your cell is the business line
  • Calls come in while you're under a house or on a roof
  • Nights and weekends go to voicemail
  • You've priced an answering service and choked on the cost or the quality

You answer fine, and it’s eating you

  • You pick up, but you're pulled off a job to do it
  • Whoever texts back first wins, and sometimes that isn't you
  • After 5pm and Sundays are still a hole
  • You want the calls handled without hiring someone

Pricing

Priced to what your phone actually does.

Volume, number of lines, and how much of the conversation you want handled all move the number. A 15-minute call is enough to scope it and quote you. No pressure to decide on the call.

The questions everyone asks.

Will it sound like a robot?

Try the demo above and decide. On the phone it uses a natural voice, stops talking the moment you interrupt it, and doesn't read a script. By text, replies are short, written the way a person writes, and arrive after a natural pause rather than instantly. It will tell anyone who asks that it's an assistant — it won't pretend to be a person, and it won't invent a name.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is. Unanswered calls forward to a Zenith line in the background. On Premium, we can port your real number so texts come from it directly.

What if it says something wrong?

It's not free-associating. It works off your hours, your service area, your pricing rules and your calendar. When a question falls outside that, it stops and hands the lead to you instead of guessing.

Do I have to learn software?

No. You get emails and calendar events. If you never log into anything, the product still works completely.

How long until it's live?

Answering your phone can be live within a few days — it needs no carrier approval. Text messaging does: US carriers require every business to be registered before they'll deliver it, and that review has been taking two to three weeks. We file it for you on day one and turn texting on the moment it clears.

What if I hate it?

90-day minimum, then month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep every lead and every phone number captured while you were with us.

We’re taking on three pilot clients.

Zenith is new. The system is built and running, but we don’t have a wall of logos, and we’re not going to borrow someone else’s. Instead: the first three shops get founding-client pricing in exchange for letting us publish their real numbers. If you want to be one of them, that’s what this call is.

15 minutes. Bring your call log.

We'll count what you actually missed last month and tell you what it cost. If it's not worth fixing, we'll say so.

Or go break the demo first. It costs you nothing to test.
