Med spa answering service · Nationwide

The consult that called while you were injecting is on the books.

A med spa's missed call is not a missed appointment, it is a missed treatment plan. The caller asking about tox today is the package client next quarter, and they are ringing three spas in the same afternoon. Zenith texts back in less than 30 seconds, answers from your own menu, and sends them your booking page while they are still deciding.

New caller · tox consultMissed callMISSED
  1. Zenith at 14:12: Hi, this is the front desk at Marisol Aesthetics. Sorry we missed you, our providers are all in treatment right now. What were you looking into?
  2. Customer at 14:13: how much is botox
  3. Zenith at 14:13: We charge $12 a unit, and a first forehead and frown treatment is usually 20 to 30 units. Your injector confirms the exact number at the consult, since it depends on your muscle strength — we never quote a final figure sight unseen.
  4. Customer at 14:15: do you do payment plans
  5. Zenith at 14:15: We do, on treatment plans over $500. The consult is free either way — here are our open times: marisolaesthetics.com/book

Both injectors were in rooms for the whole exchange.

Why an aesthetics phone goes unanswered

  • Every provider who could answer is behind a closed door with a client.
  • A consult call is worth several hundred dollars before anyone is even treated.
  • Callers price three spas in one afternoon, and the first to reply gets seen.
  • A late cancellation leaves an injector paid and standing still.

What callers actually want

Price, availability and whether you offer the treatment at all are nearly the whole phone. Zenith answers those from your menu and hands you anything clinical.

  • Price question

Per unit, per syringe, per package. It quotes your menu and never invents a number.

  • Book a job

Consults and treatments. It offers your open times and sends the booking page.

  • Service area

Whether you offer a treatment at all, before somebody books the wrong appointment.

  • Financing

Memberships and payment plans. It explains what you offer and points at your application.

  • Reschedule

Moving or cancelling. It frees the room and tells you, so the slot can be refilled.

Multiple providers and multiple rooms are supported under one account, so a consult is booked against real availability rather than a guess. We work with businesses anywhere in the US. Zenith is software and messaging, so there is no service radius.

Med spas questions we get asked

Will it give medical advice?

No, and it is built not to. It will not assess whether a treatment suits you, comment on a reaction, or discuss anything clinical. Those calls are passed straight to you with the caller told a provider will follow up. It answers price, availability, hours and what you offer — the front-desk half of the phone.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

We do not hold your patient records and we do not ask callers for medical history, so the intake stays deliberately shallow — a name, what they were asking about, and when they want to come in. If your practice needs a signed business associate agreement before any vendor touches inbound messaging, raise it on the call and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot sign rather than guess.

Can it quote package and membership pricing?

Yes, from what you load. For anything that depends on assessment — units, syringes, number of sessions — it gives your starting price and says the injector confirms at the consult. It never estimates and it never rounds.

15 minutes. Bring your call log.

We'll count what you actually missed last month and tell you what it cost. If it's not worth fixing, we'll say so.

Or go break the demo first. It costs you nothing to test.
