The lead who called during your showing just got a reply.
You're in a showing, on a drive, or at a closing. A lead calls about a listing and gets voicemail, then calls the next agent on the sign. Zenith texts them back in less than 30 seconds, answers what they asked about the property, and gets them on your calendar.
- Zenith at 14:18: Hi, this is Sarah with Vista Realty. Sorry I missed you, I'm showing a property. Which listing were you calling about?
- Customer at 14:19: The one on Palm Ridge. Is it still available?
- Zenith at 14:19: It is. Are you looking to tour it, or do you have questions about the property first?
- Customer at 14:20: Want to see it this weekend if possible
- Zenith at 14:20: I have Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon open. Grab a slot here: vistarealty.com/tour
Two minutes. The agent was mid-showing for all of it.
Why buyers stop being your buyers
- Leads call three agents off three signs and go with whoever answers first.
- Showings and closings make you unreachable for hours at a time.
- Weekends and evenings are exactly when buyers actually call.
- Every missed inquiry is a commission that went to somebody else.
What buyers and sellers actually text about
Listing questions, tour requests and reschedules make up almost all of it. Zenith handles those and hands you anything that needs an agent.
- Book a job
Tour requests. It offers your open windows and confirms the showing.
- Price question
List price, taxes, HOA. It answers what you have loaded and never guesses a number.
- Service area
Which neighborhoods and price bands you cover, answered the same way every time.
- Reschedule
Weather, traffic, a second opinion. It moves the showing and tells you.
- Job status
Offer and closing questions get routed to you rather than answered.
Teams and brokerages are supported. Each agent gets their own number, routed under one account, so a lead always reaches the agent whose sign they called. We work with businesses anywhere in the US. Zenith is software and messaging, so there is no service radius.
Real estate questions we get asked
Does it know anything about my listings?
It knows what you load into it: address, list price, beds and baths, square footage, HOA, and your showing windows. Anything outside that it does not invent. It says an agent will confirm and passes the lead to you.
Can it handle multiple agents on one team?
Yes. Each agent gets their own number under a single account, so a lead who calls the number on a sign reaches that agent's thread. Brokerages are scoped separately, so ask on the call.
Will it try to negotiate or discuss an offer?
No, and that is deliberate. Anything touching price negotiation, offers, disclosures or contract terms gets handed straight to you. It captures the question and emails you rather than answering it.
15 minutes. Bring your call log.
We'll count what you actually missed last month and tell you what it cost. If it's not worth fixing, we'll say so.
Or go break the demo first. It costs you nothing to test.
